Quilt for Mom

I finally finished sewing the binding on this quilt for my mom, made with some help from the MLW girls. I washed it on delicate to get all the cat hair off, seeing as she is allergic, and what happens? The embroidery on the back pops loose. *sigh* Better to find out now than later, I guess. But it is officially done enough to post pictures!

Of course, being possibly my favorite quilt I've ever sewn, it proved impossible to photograph. But here is the black, white and blue Chinese coins quilt for my mom:

Detail-- I embroidered the name of each MLW lady that helped beside a swatch of their donated fabric.
