How about this? On flowchart, the "I'm self-publishing" option should lead to "Publish it yourself on Kindle / Start making money within a week." Seriously! Many writers are already doing this. Why put yourself at the mercy of uncaring agents and editors, wait years for publication (if you're lucky), and then earn pennies per book? Been there, done that, never again. Technology allows us writers to be masters of our destiny.
My agent, Deidre Knight, forwarded this to me because she knows how many times I've been asked "how do I get published" - especially by people who've never written a word. This is brilliant!! I totally blogged it, too, giving you full credit, of course. Keep up the good work! = )
Followed over here per Rachel Harrie. Some excellent advice well devised.
Contrary to my usual practice of subscribing to comments, to save time during the A to Z challenge I will not be doing so during April. If you want to respond to my comment , please email me directly from your email notification for the comment. Thanks.

Super flowchart! Best wishes for your book with Michelle Andelman. She once rejected a partial I'd sent her, but she wrote a very nice rejection. I'll query her with my new WIP when it's done ... (revised) in about 3 months.
