Because Dorothy was a whiner. And I hate little dogs, too.

| I dressed as her every Halloween for five years. That's me at age three or four. |

Adorable! I will admit to being totally afraid of the Wicked Witch as a kid.
ReplyDeleteAmazing.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Although my love for the musical WICKED (and the books to a lesser extent) have so completely changed my perception of the Wicked Witch of the West.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute mini-Kate!
ReplyDeleteI think she scared me more as the meanie neighbor on the bicycle than the green-faced witch.
Hah, great choice!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Though I suspect your love of wearing green face paint was behind your costume choice. :)
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I was way too scared of her as a little girl. She's the sole reason I STILL sit with my feet up on the couch when watching movies!
ReplyDeleteOkay, normally I'm not a fan of female antagonists, but she's pretty awesome. Flying monkeys? Who wouldn't want flying monkeys?
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, Dorothy was a WHINE-O.
Hahaha, I was the Wicked Witch of the West for Halloween in like 5th grade I think? Anyway, your costume is definitely cuter than mine =)
ReplyDeleteI loved Dorothy when I was younger, but ugh, she's so annoying now. Great choice!
Hahaha - awesome post! While I didn't technically root for the wicked witch, my favorite characters were definitely the chanting guards and the flying monkeys, which I suppose amounts to about the same thing.
ReplyDeleteThe wicked witch rocks!
ReplyDeleteThat's an awesome choice! I never even thought of the wicked witch, and I love that movie.
ReplyDeleteAnd that's a very adorable picture, btw :)
